Order & Delivery
We try to provide you with accurate information regarding our products, however it is the customers responsibility to check the products we supply are suitable for your vehicle before use.
Please allow up to 28 days for curtain sets, upholstery products and any bespoke products, any change to lead times will appear on the homepage. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of all other goods, although most will be despatched next working day . If we cannot for whatever reason fullfill your order in this period we will contact you by email.Please specify an alternative delivery address when ordering if required.
We cannot ship to the USA but we can ship to Europe, Australia & New Zealand. Shipping charges include packing and shipping, any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Made to Measure products are non returnable unless defective. Please check when ordering all dimensions and chosen fabric are correct as your curtains/upholstery will be made to your specified instruction. We do offer free fabric samples so please request before placing an order.We make every effort to represent fabric colours as accurately as possible, however colours may vary slightly. We will not be held responsible if you are not satisfied with goods because of colour being incorrectly ordered.
